Kawa zxi 1100 - weird start problem

Hi everything.
bit lost here. New to kawa’s
zxi 1100 99 model

hitting red kill switch and ski won’t spark/start.
switch off with magnetic key and starts every time.
hit red kill switch, no start/spark then switch magnetic key off/on and she starts

seems like once I hit red kill switch, it stays killed until reset with magnetic key.

Help me
