Hi Folks:

If one does not touch private property, and assuming the ski is otherwise licensed and legal, can you take a Jet Ski on the Arkansas River out on the plains? Or is that off limits for some reason?

Give Colorado parks and wildlife a call. Called them the other day to find out we can ride the Colorado river except in Glenwood Canyon and Debeque Canyon.
