Jet Skiing in JHB

good day ppl,

please please please can any one tell me of a dam in JHB that we can ride jet skis on...i need need need to get some practice and also if any one with the slightest bit of skill on a stand up to ride with me...need to learn more..just started out...iv alos googled jet ski racing and pretty much f-all comes up in south africa...is there an SA championship?when and where? im loving this sport.....

i have an sxr800 2007 and absolutely loving it...i just want to learn more!!!!!

Hi.
I am from JHB and we usually ride at the vaal river.
It costs about ZAR 200 to launch at emerald casino. Is about 35 Minutes from the airport (OR TAMBO)
I usually head out that way every second weekend.
We got 3 stand up Jet skis 2 kawasaki and 1 Super Jet. You can come ride with us we not champions but we ski
ok!

If thats too far you can ski at Rynfield Dam neear the bunny park in Benoni. That on the east rand! Sometimes the water is a bit dirty..
