  • Picture posting woes

I was posting pictures pretty regularly over the last few weeks by clicking the check box at the bottom right corner of an existing picture and hitting done. Now the site is insisting that I drag and drop the photos I want to post but, it will not allow me to drag and drop any photos. I am using an Android cell phone. Also, some of my pictures have turned into question marks and I cannot see what the photo originally was. I finally tried starting a thread in individual builds but can't get any pictures posted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can only drag and drop pictures that are already uploaded into your attachments file. Are you uploading files like this?:

In your started thread click "Go Advanced", then scroll down to "Manage Atttachments". To add a new pic click "add files" or drag and drop existing pics in the Upload Manager. Click "Insert Inline" and then "Done"

Yes, I am trying to add pictures from my existing uploads but when I hold my finger over the picture to try dragging it, it does not make the picture moveable and instead gives me a menu that blocks most of the screen.

I agree that posting pics is a total PITA. Other forums allow you to do it directly from the posting page without having to upload to an album and attach to your post. Took me 20 minutes last night to upload 5 photos and finalize my post.

Have you tried a different browser on your phone?
I've been using Dolphin for years but it never lets me see the "Attach" button.
Just for posting pics I switch to Chrome and it goes smoothly.

That pic took me HOURS to evaluate.
