    1. What companies offer custom 'stand up' hulls and top decks to put your existing motor in?

    2. What experience have you had with these companies

    3. Which would you choose and why?

Please supply web links to companies providing these along w/ pictures if available.

This is like a College test question. If I had questions like this in college I probably would have done better.

    http://Lightweight.de

I think it is really great that these guys are producing parts for the jetski industry.

I would not an am not considering buying one. But after seeing the hulls, and talking with Marc an Norbert about them. I don't think there is a better hull out there. But For sure there are other ways to get more bang for your $$...Steve at WF looks to be a great example of that.

just curious, but uhmm... from what I was told by "mudphish" and "josh chipps" their hulls and composite parts are designed, manufactured, and tested inhouse. how exactly is that possible if "lightweight" is out of germany?

so, they're selling their own hulls AND selling lightweight hulls as well? it seems lke "lightweight" would be their competitor in the market if their designing, manufacturing, and selling their own, right?

I don't think Blowsion is calling the Lightweight hull a Blowsion hull, they're simply importing it for Lightweight. Blowsion's hull is an SX-R hull and the Lightweight hull is a Superjet hull. So they're different.

I understand that mike. I'm just saying that it seems like the imports would be a competitor to their "inhouse" manufactured SX-R hulls.

Yes, there were and are B1 carbon hulls being made, but they are for racing. There are some guys on boths coasts that are making, I believe, but I don't know any names.

Rick Pot designed the original B1 Carbon race hulls for Team Yamaha. Then, Wamilton made one very similar, only his was made of lightweight fiberglass/carbon/kevlar mix. I think you can still get one from Rick Pott and I know Wammer is "supposed" to be building b1 hulls agian soon, but get out your check book. They won't be cheap.
