Try searching the forum. You will find some. If you want to go the easier route, buy a davit. They're only about $400.

Re: plans for a pwc lift
Did you have any luck finding plans for PWC lift? I am in the same boat, so to speak. I am looking to build a DYI PWC lift. Please let me know what you find out?
Thanks,
Knick

this is what i use at my cottage, both a big lifting dock and a bunch of hand crank lifts. They work great and are very simple.

Re: plans for a pwc lift
make a long rectangular frame, bolt the front to the dock ( the pivot point) ad bunks on top of it, and a lift tank at the rear.
sink it, and its a ramp, drive up, lift the tank, the entire thing is high and dry.
it needs limiting chains to not drop too far, and some calculations or trial and error to figure where to put the lift tank, and some lateral stabilization and a way to lock it up and out of the water ( in case of a tank rupture or hose leak)

Re: plans for a pwc lift
this is pretty close to what I was talking about.
I would build it wider, and have 2 sets of bunks.
so that it will hold 2 skis side by side.
No photos, I havent built it.
I can show you an empty dock, and a pile of steel, and maybe a photo of a welder that is collecting dust.
