2018 FX HO How do I attach a hose to get hot water to the driver?

Hello, looking to get hot water to the driver. Can anyone help? Thinking I run a barb out of the hole where the cooling water pilot outlet hose is and tap into that way? Thanks in advance.

Depends on how much hot water you want, you could just reroute the pisser.

Hi, thanks for the response. That is what I want to do. So on the 2018 FX HO model, the tube coming off the engine by the oil filter is the pisser tube, correct? I think I could just put a barb in there and split it 2 ways.

Water takes the path of least resistance. If you just T into the line, depending on what you are running the water through, you may not get much flow. You might want to route the water through whatever it is you are adding, then discharge it through the pisser. Lots of variables here you have not mentioned.

Hello, I am using a clear tube that will not kink to run the water to the foot well or wherever. Surfing in really cold water and trying to figure out how to run that hose so i can put warm water in my wetsuit. I don't want it to go through the pisser on the port side. I've seen it done on older models. Hoping someone can tell me how to do it on a 2018 FX HO Yamaha Jet Ski. Thanks.
