I realize you are looking for answers, but I have only questions.

I am curious what caused you to think and engine that is running fine need an inspection, what were you expecting to find?

A better set of photos would be helpful. You show one piston along with two chambers. Is the wet looking shine oily or just wet?

In photo #1 there appears to be a ding in the chamber at about 2:00. Is there a matching ding in the piston?

Are photos 1 and 2 from the same cylinder? What does the piston matching photo 3 look like?
2, 1998 TS 770 L, restored and running great as of July 2019 (NO THANKS to the person at SBT, who put the WRONG crankshaft bearing into the rebuilt engine I got from them)

    Seized.

    Was the head gasket blown?

If I was to guess, when you were riding and the engine shut off
like it ran out of gas or something. Then it restarted and seemed
    to run fine.

That dark colored piston crown is the result of detonation.

You need to determine the cause of the detonation, or the rebuilt
    engine will seize again.

Horsepower == Speed, RPM != Speed

Look at the pisser stream to see if you have a leak. If its steady there is no leak. A small leak will let out a lot of combustion gas but very little water can flow back into the cylinder. Now you need to clean all the black sealant off the head and cylinder and use a new gasket. Make sure there are no dings in the surfaces because it will create high/low spot that the metal gasket may not seal.

Well when i shut off the Engine then some combustion gas/Smoke comes out of that Pisser... So i will bring the Cylinder and the Cylinder Head to an Shop to mill and then i will Install an new head Gasket.... best way or ?

All skis port cooling water into the exhaust system. Pisser ports are attached to the top of the cooling system so they bleed gasses out of the system. Your engine was fine. Now its important to carefully clean the surfaces and put it back together. Do not use any power tools!
