    Take a look! 650sx exh.

I placed an ad in the wtb for a dual input exhaust manifold. In the meanwhile after inspecting my current R&D mani. Are these for drilling and tapping?

    Yes Sir.

21/64 drill and a 1/8" NPT pipe tap = dual cooling. Oh, and don't forget to do the pump too.

Yeah, I’ve already got the stuff cause I just did the head. So I don’t have to buy anything ...well for that part anyway. I’ve read some run all three outlets in order to relieve pressure?

    2 in = 2 out.

Plug the middle original single in.

With the water going in right by the flange wouldn't the water flow straight into the motor, so there is no water flowing through the rest of the manifold to cool it?

I have a dumb question what does the “b” mean when everyone talks about Factory Pipe?
Also, I have a factory pipe for a 650sx that’s from the early 90’s. It is a little different than the ones I see now. It only has 2 screws and the outlet is in the middle not the bottom. Is it about the same? An old design?
Any suggestions on should I sand and paint to make it look better?

I wouldn't do anything but install it and enjoy it!

I already have a tach & dual temp gauge off of a scooter I was making “go fast”. It has fittings I could mount in the ocean pro head pictured earlier in the thread. Would there be any benefit to having a temp gauge on a “highly modified “ 650sx?
