Re: Damaged hull 2020 sea doo 270
If I were doing that repair and I have repaired much worse BTW, here is how I would do it , I would basically do something similar to what Myself said, except that I would use the existing pieces, fiberglass cloth and po;y resin to reshape the hull, finishing it with bondo. When I had my shape back I would pop a mold off of that, then I would take a sawzall and cut the entire damaged section off the ski and throw it in the trash. You then use the mold to make your new piece, you cut and fit the new piece then glass it in using epoxy resin from both side with the emphasis being glassing from the inside, the use epoxy resin and fairing compound on the outside, and finish with primer and paint.
Take a look at the thread below of a similar project I did years ago.

I checked the other thread, you did an awesome job there .
I have no fiberglass experience. I was thinking to take the top deck and front end off and ask a fiberglass specialist to add what you noted above.
Where are you located by the way ?
Are the steps above something a handy man can do ?

Located in Alabama, I can't say if you can do this kind of work or not, I can say if you want to split those tw decks you are in for a rude awakening and much more of a repair than has been covered here.

I am probably one of very few that have actually split a hull. That's about 12-16 hours of HARD labor and frustration.....you DON'T want to do that!

Re: Damaged hull 2020 sea doo 270
I took some photos today
It is a pain to take the top off I tried to take the steering piece off and that alone is a lot of work.
So check the blue top piece.
If that piece is cut from where it's broken then the hull can be accessed from inside.
But the shop I spoke to said he also needs to access the blue piece from inside at the end. Is there anyway around this ?IMG_20201125_193106.jpg
