I'd like to start a thread of what might be considered "rare" PWC's. Post a pic and some info about the model.

1999 Tigershark TS1100r
Different "new" hull from the '98
New 1100cc engine
Last production year for Tigershark
Makes these a true 1 year only machine

Only 500 were built!
A factory "race" boat that came with go-fast parts

2001 Seadoo RXx
Another limited production factory "race" boat
Only 500 were built!
Came with plenty of go-fast parts including twin dry pipes and a Skat pump

The 2005 Polaris Matrix....200hp!
But wait, Polaris stopped watercraft production in '04
That would make one of these very rare, cause they never got built............or did they?

And I thought a fX1 was hard to find. Great idea. I’m interested in learning about some of the other oddballs.

1995 Seadoo XP800 or XP Limited.
For those that don't know, there were 2500 of these made.
Similar to the '96 XP, but with a hump seat, extended pump, no mirrors, etc

Very cool thread.
Not sure if this is exactly what you had in mind, but I think it's kind of cool.

1988 Seadoo Sp
Only year featuring a rear hinged seat with a piston support. Being the first "modern" Sea-Doo produced by BRP, sales were not stellar, making it a difficult model to find.

1976 - 1980 Dynafoil. Owned 4 of these 440cc reed valve pull start personal hydrofoils, they're a blast.

I had two of them given to me by the factory and wish I never got rid of at least one of them.

The aqua-jet. A very interesting lay down watercraft. Began production in early 70s. Very few were made before the factory was destroyed in a fire (I think the number is around 36).

Apparently in 2001-02, Aquajet made the "Jetbike".
Don't confuse this with the "Wetbike"......different manufacturer.
The Jetbike has a 1250cc 4 stroke powerplant.
Don't know how many were actually made but I've never seen one in person.

There are several of these floating around in the forums.....
The Werks Marine "Fazer"
I believe these were made from about '87-90.
They used a Cuyuna engine, and I think a Brut jet pump
