What is everybody running for an exhaust with their 650 in a JS hull conversion?

I am working to stuff a PJS 650 exhaust on my 550->750 swap. It looks like it is going to take some cutting.

Westcoast fits nicely. Not the most power but for wrenching it’s fairly* easy to remove if you need to get at something.

    Even it’s tight though.

The PJS 3 piece pipe is the easiest fit with the best power without going to the Factory Pipe level. The PJS pipe really only requires a cut back cord mount on the manifold or complete removal - no pipe mods necessary.
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

I need to finish dry fitting my motor and pump swap before I do anything else.

I think I remember reading that with the rhaas pump swap and motor swap, you can't push the motor all the way back anymore which is why the rear half of the chamber isn't fitting right now. I won't know until I fit the rest of the driveline up though.

If I mill the head pipe, it puts the pipe realllly close to the 12v feed to the starter and I am not thrilled about that. I looked at clocking the middle part of the starter motor body to give it more room but its indexed on the end mount with some little tabs.

Just updated my build thread with pictures and info about fitting a PJS pipe.

It is proving to be a bit of work.

Thanks everybody. Which leads to my next question: Anyone have a FPP 650 system they want to sell?

Also, I had not even thought of a PJS pipe for this so thanks BLRider and smokey. Curious how the PJS pipe compares to FPP power wise?
