Low waterflow through Jetski: Honda Aquatrax

I am having low water flow issues with my Honda Aquatrax. I am pretty sure it is causing me to overheat when I run at WOT for greater than 15 mins. I dont think my cooling capacity is keeping up with heat generated.

How can I clean my cooling lines? Would something like "Salt away" work to remove debris and buildup inside my cooling channels?

I seem to have the opposite problem with my old Kawasaki--puttering around near idle makes the overheat light come on, but I'm fine with normal high speeds.
I wish I knew how to clean the cooling system but the pitiful service manual only describes the standard after-use flush, and a search here turned up nothing.

I had a corroded water nipple that goes from the engine, with a tube going to the rear of the ski. I replaced it with a new nipple and now I have excellent water flow.
