Wish those castings were still floating around. What a cool project.

Located in sc. 20 min from me. Yes their was a horse stable. All I know is the guy that lived in the house sold a lot of stuff on ebay and the guy that owned the house was moving back in and just wanted all the junk gone. Skis, motorcycles, 3 wheelers, corvettes etc all over the place. I actually went out to look at motorcycles and 3 wheelers.

The powervalve engine and electrical parts were not with the ski. The electrical parts were not with the motor. Stuff was everywhere, I just took a guess the electrical parts went with it since the cdi I found was so modified. All I saw was a cdi that looked like junk with electric tape around it at 1st. I didn't even know the tripple pipes were in the ski. The front of the ski has the carbon cover on it which can't be opened without a tool. Got it back to the shop, pulled the egg crate and old bed sheet and saw the pipes under it.

I truly dont think the 1100 powervalve was ever in the 200 ski, atleast not with the tripple pipes.

Here's a cpl pics of the pump and nozzle on the 1100 #200 ski. It's really cool seeing these 1 off pieces hand made for a purpose by kawasaki. I thought originally it was a skat or something but it seems like a stock 148 that has been modified with veins. I want to take it all apart and see how they did the 148 conversion and get measurements of pump and nozzle. Some of these pieces are a little ruffer than expected but handmade not off the shelf stuff. #1 ski pump was gone20200417_153809.jpg20200417_153809.jpg20200416_160203.jpg

Pics of the 200/1100 exhaust set up how I found it. Only 1 exhaust outlet and this water box make me believe this was not the trippl piped ski. Def a modified water box.

Interesting. That nozzle and pump is cool. I'm not sure how the triple pipes came together but that is interesting. Mtrhead might know.

    Re: Ultimate barn find

I do want to rebuild the powervalve 1100 engine so if anyone can help me with info on that it would be appreciated. I have the pistons but 1 is toast. Since I have them I should be able to match them up. The crank is missing, so big question is was this a stock crank or a strocker? I'm going to pull the power valve covers off and see what's going on in there. The shaft turns and hopefully the pv are all in tact. Who may be a good contact for getting the mechanical Pv system working? The cases have some mods but very minimal. I am going to do my best to get this engine running, think my x2 needs it.

I'll buy the whole 1100PV setup with pipes etc from you right now. It is exactly what I've been looking to put in my Team Kawi MacCluggage 1100 ZXi... If the ZXi has the manual Trim Tab system I'll buy that too.
Let me know as I am 100% serious! In fact I'd consider buying the whole ZXi too...
