    3/4 throttle would be pilot/main if was a jetting issue. You probably sucked water with open filters so it seized. My old stocker turns 7150 all day long at 63 mph (GPS) with airbox in. No real reason to remove it in my opinion. Even just a little water is bad! SEIZE!
