    Now you need to test the voltage at the starter, and where ever the electronics get their power. Having 11 volts at the battery does not mean you have it where it is needed. You always start checking at the battery, because if you do not have enough voltage there, you cannot possibly have enough down stream where you really need it.

    Checking voltage at the starter will tell you if your cables and connections are good.
    2, 1998 TS 770 L, restored and running great as of July 2019 (NO THANKS to the person at SBT, who put the WRONG crankshaft bearing into the rebuilt engine I got from them)
