NO ONE SAID THIS **** AINT FIT.

Cut out and welded the water jacket solid. Definitely not fun. Used a solid pound of wire. No way in hell I would try to TIG this

I had 1/8 of an inch milled off the 1100 Exhaust Manifold Flange to pull the Chamber away from my SuperJet Hull.

Added 1/8" thickness worth of washers to each exh manifold bolt to make up for the material removal.

I think the SuperJet Hull is smaller than the HydroSpace?

This is about /4 if not more. That's gonna start messing with the pipe tuning... so I just took out the water jacket.

    Ghetto rigged to test it.

Anyone know why only the middle cyl is firing? All plugs are sparking and I flipped #1 and #3 to no avail.

Mag cylinder is #1 (long wire) , Pto is #3 (shortest wire). The motor will backfire if you swap 1 & 3. Sounds like a 12 GA going off in the garage.

Hmm, that would be the case, depending on where the last racer mounted it. Guess I'll have to try it the short on front again tomorrow. And get brand new plugs...

Was this a 08+ hull? I am running 1/8"-1/4 milled off the exhaust manifold face and I had Judge cut the side of the pipe flat, weld inner and outer chambers. Fits like a glove now with about clearance of two layers of hydroturf. More than the sxr1100s.

88kawi did you pressure test the chamber? Judge did it to check the welds as well as fix a bunch of pin holes which were leaking. They were all on the inside bottom, where water sits. This was on a excellent condition chamber with almost no corrosion visible.

1/8" off the Exhaust Manifold was just enough to just barely clear the Hull in my 2012 SuperJet...

Lol ya not see my sh1t weld? If it does leak I'll just buy another one. This chamber was $20 with the hull. I dont even expect it to run all weekend to be honest. I dont even think it will touch water before I leave and take it and the superjet to havasu!
