You can, if you spend $850 building your own set, or run gp1200 carbs and figure out jetting.

I already have carbs, adaptors, flame arrestors, and know close jetting. I also want the fuel tank to last longer. 44's or 42 sudcos before next season maybe.

1.25" spacer for the kawi 650 motor plate will be perfect. This is 1.5" yeah, its ghetto, but yeah, its also super simple ans stupid. KISS method.

Pump and impeller and driveshaft and carrier are all installed.

Doing the 1100 exhaust dry mod. Its pretty easy. I have weld-in bungs with jetworks spray bars.

Should have tons of room for a medium waterbox that will have either 1 or 2 weld in bungs. One will be a spray bar, the other will be tunable.

Cool build, I'm interested to see how this turns out.

That 1100 pipe looks really crusty. It might be worth pressure testing it to see if you've got any leaks in the water jacket to the outside. On the pipe Judge cut for me, for my 1100 SJ, there was a ton of pin holes. Even one area which was so bad he had to weld a plate over it. And this is from an otherwise mint looking plate. Most of the issues were on the inside bottom, where water would sit in the jacket.

Keep out the good work. I have always been curious about how good this hull is. We have two limited 1100 sxrs in our group which are good. One Judge ported superstock with mtrhead's hull / mods and it's amazing.

I used 6061 Aluminum blocks for mine. Kinda copied the “kit” that BNJ made. The idea you are using will work. I used a similar idea on my Hydro 750 build.

I only have the ones that came with my hulls. I’ll measure the bars tomorrow but I think they are 1.5”.

I can make some M24x2.0 couplers if you need. 800 couplers drilled and tapped.
