Ok well verify that cylinder will pop when you put some mix into it. If it does all fuel/carb related issue. Atleast it will confirm your on the right track. But if it has spark and that plug looks new its not getting fuel

I tried using a spray bottle with 2-stroke mix as you recommended, and I was able to get it to run on just that one cylinder. And then I turn the gas on and it was able to somewhat run on its own. But I think that may have something to do with the crossover pipe on the intake manifold allowing the mixture from the other cylinder is to be burned in cylinder 3. Is this possible?

Update: do you think that a ruptured fuel pump diaphragm may be part of the issue?

That might cause it to not work, but it is such a small break......

2, 1998 TS 770 L, restored and running great as of July 2019 (NO THANKS to the person at SBT, who put the WRONG crankshaft bearing into the rebuilt engine I got from them)

I took the carburetor apart again, and this time there was fuel in the fuel bowl. Just to cross everything out, I'm looking at an electric fuel pump to try and put that in place of this pneumatic one. I am however, concerned because when I pull the spark plug, it was still clean.

I'm surprised it was getting any fuel at all with that tear. Let us know if you can find a rebuild kit for that pump. I've looked before, and I could only find a whole new pump from kawasaki. On the bright side, at least they're still available.

Finally got it running! I managed to rig an electric fuel pump to make it run and man does it feel good. Ive linked the video of it running below. Thr pic attached is just a homemade starter jumper switch that was used to test the concept. Thank you all for the help!
