Got the exhaust manifold modded. The Tigershark pipe will flip around forward and bolt right back up!! But in doing so you lose a bolt hole. I don't think it's a big deal cause you still have 4. But, I drilled and tapped the extra hole anyway.

I got everything up front ready to bolt up as well. Just need to pick up a flywheel key. I also found a dual carb setup with intake........probably stick with the single though.

Interesting. Besides doing this conversion for novelty sake, is there some advantage of this engine over a Kawasaki 750? Just curious, I don't have any experience with these engines. Having one on hand is a good reason to give it a try. Just about every engine and pipe I have, at some point I've thought about stuffing into my Wave Jammer.

I guess one advantage would be, no expensive exhaust to buy......or mounts. Another is.....640 Tigersharks seem to be sitting around with good engines and jacked up pumps. That's the one I went with! Horsepower is the same.

Nice. Interested to hear how this turns out, and what impeller works best.
