Yes, that it. I had a few I sold years back. Never ran it on my motor but would love to try it out instead of my 650 Coffman's

@Zpilot, did you get any info from the owner of the company on the design or why they built it they way they did etc? I believe it was based on the CBR 1000 or maybe the nighthawk. Used the same shock and when I looked up the model # on the tail light it matched the Honda motorcycle.
