Why don't you just get a 4th ski with a title, and visit 4 different offices to get a sticker for the year. Or maybe get that title transferred at 4 different offices. Or just print out 4 duplicate titles and accidentally scratch the vin plate. You would be a terrible person, but maybe you already are.

I'll sell you 3 650sx hulls with matching titles and HINs. Prices start at $100 depending on ski condition and buyer either picks up or pays all shipping costs.

If u had a friend in AL, no titles on boats or skis, just a bill of sale needed

No title does not mean stolen or repo’d, lots of places won’t title a jet ski

Kansas has the same thing - no titles on boats/motors you sell them with just a bill of sale...

So the "legal" way to do this is to have someone from Kansas buy them from you, register, and then sell them back with the proper KS bill of sale document for selling watercraft. Download the KS bill of sale ( https://ksoutdoors.com/content/downl...LL+OF+SALE.pdf ) and have the seller fill this out. I live in Kansas City and have bought and sold stuff on the bill of sale and I'm on the MO side so I've bought plenty of boats/watercrafts and trailers from the KS side and registered them in MO (trailers under 2000 lbs don't need titled in KS either... so PWC trailers typically come with no title from KS too)

There used to be a title service located in one of the no-title states for older vehicles/boats/motorcycles that did exactly that - you virtually sold them the car/truck/boat/motorcycle and they then registered it (I think it was Alabama??) and then they sold it back to you with a state title. You might do some looking into that service if you want a paper title to take to the DMV office.

Also - might look up your state regulations on titling abandoned property or getting a 'mechanics lien' on them. Sometimes it's as simple as having the VINs run to make sure they aren't stolen and doing some paperwork and sending out a certified letter to the last owner. I've done that once on a '68 Firebird to get the title and while it took almost 3 months to do (you have to wait so long after sending notice) it wasn't expensive or hard - just had to follow the procedure.
