    new 62t wsm stator timing

replacing a oem stator with a wsm, both are 62t , looks like the stator plate and timing mark are way off, any ideas. running this in a jet maniac motor with msd so i don't want the timing advanced anymore than it already is

    Send that WSM one back...…

Stick with OE, either good used, or send yours off to John at Jet Ski Solutions...

ok so the oem one is a 61x, so does that mean the 62t has more advance if the timing mark is off,

No idea. You need to compare a 62t to 62t. If that is what you have in your pic, I think you have answered your own question about quality.....

Yes, 62t runs more advance. Flywheel is also matched. If you have a 62t stator, you need a 62t flywheel. The WSM electrical are the only aftermarket I've had good luck with and will use. Have had only good experiences so far. The others........not so much lol!
