I do a lot more swimming after the skate after a get off than I do shredding

    Shredding... HA

Back in my youth I trick skied both hand and toe hold and my best ever run through the slalom course was 6 balls at 22 off.

I am just razzing you, hopefully I am still riding standups at 63, when I worked at the stealership we had an 80 y/o man come in and trade in an 85 550 on a Seadoo SP, I figure if he could do it I can as well.

No worries friend, you fired a shot and I returned fire. I just didn't want it to go further.

I often forget I'm as old as I am. Then after a hard day working or playing I pay for it, I don't seem to bounce back as easy as I used to. Instead of the standup I'll have fun at the end of a towrope for a while. No slalom skiing of course. i tried a little free skiing one time behind the SeaDoo, I pulled out to the side and the driver thought I was going to turn it over. I can do a little trick skiing and like I said, the SeaDoo makes a fair wakeskate tow machine since I added the ski module and mini pylon. I'm sure if a Superjet or SXR800 pops up, I'll jump on it

    bikerdib,

You are correct about an aging body taking more time and effort to recover. At 55, I still plan to ride as long as I am able. Last September I took my ski in some serious surf with a group of much younger riders. It's been decades since I last rode in surf... So, I paid the price and felt it for a few days after. I also got worn out and tired more quickly than I cared to accept. I plan to hit the surf this summer as well. So, I kicked up my workouts to focus on my core, cardio and to be more lean and flexible. My goal is to land a back-flip off a wave and come back for more. Unlike when I was in my 20's, preparation is key.. That is awesome at 63 you still ride stand up skis and water ski. After all.. Age is just a number. Enjoy the new ride.

Just 63? And giving up what you love? Come on! That still young. I remember Mr. Bryant running novice ski on the midwestern watercross tour in his 70s. And doing very well. KEEP IT.

Go with the 1" underpadding under the turf of the tray for whatever standup you eventually grab. It does wonders for someone with a lousy back.

All you old farts like me......Look into trying a quality CBD oil twice a day. At least 250mg to 500mg dose. Try it for a month. Make sure its a reputable CBD. I have found it to be very good for me at almost 53 years old. Sleep better, faster recovery from working out for sure. Make sure you don't get piss tested often, it could show up on a test. Not supposed to but I have seen it happen. You don't get any high from it. I'll quit before I sit, plan on racing as long as I can.

Yo. ^^^^That cbd sh!t^^^^ is legit. If you can't find it, my buddy has a store that distributes it. Edibles, creams, tincture drops, capsules, paste sticks, all of that stuff. I don't make a dime from it, so I don't give a fuk where you get it. That sh!t works.
You don't get high from it, yet you get major benefits. (my dad uses it, super anti drug, and swears by it).
If you old bastids want to try it, I can put you onto my friends website, and I'm sure my friend would give pwc members a deal. (even you sit down ladies......)

That stuff works for 85-95% of users.
