    Add a 3rd bypass or no?

    Here is a picture of my dual cooling setup on my 750 x-2 build. One line goes right to the manifold for the motor and the other to the back of the headpipe which has 3 fittings on it. One fitting on the headpipe is the inlet, one to the stinger with a flow control, and the third is to the bypass/overboard. Was thinking of adding a third bypass and putting a T fitting just before the flow control.

    I just realized I have labeled the top view and side view on the wrong pictures

    I say yes if the pipe still has enough pressure to open the fcv. You still want to pipe to cool should the fcv clog. Otherwise what you could do is add the pipe bypass and route on of the head outlets to the fcv. That is probably the way I would do it so the system will keep more pressure and each route always has flow.

    So do you think instead of the flow control, I should just add a third bypass and T fitting before the stinger so water is flowing with less pressure and pipe would be running more warm?

    1 inlet -> 2 outlets
