05 Seadoo GTX 4 Tec just beeping

Hey Guys I am new in the Forum.

just bought a 05 Seadoo Gtx 4 Tec yesterday.
If I putting the key on the seadoo the dash comes up, everything looks good. Just beeps continues and it won’t start the engine. You guys may know what’s wrong with it.

wrong key? Need key reprogramming? Or something mayor?

    EDIT:

Ok, I have now watched your video, and see you are getting the beep beep, and multiple beeps. This means your key is being read, and working.

You need to check voltage at the start relay. It is a pretty common failure. I am guessing this is what is wrong. Check your battery as well.

    Hey john,

Thanks for reply. Who should the voltage on the battery. And how I can check the starter relay? I just know there is no click to hear on the relay.

Fully charged your battery should be 12.5-12.75. It should not drop below 11 or so when you hit the start button. If it does, start with your battery.

Check for power / continuity at your start relay when pushing the start button. If you do not have a meter, or test light you can try jumping across the 2 + battery cables. If your ski cranks when jumped it is most likely your relay. Although it still could be a bad connection somewhere, start button, etc.
