    650sx hull braces. Who is interested?

    Currently working on designing some hull braces for my 650sx.

    If there is interest, I may do a limited run on them of 10-20 sets.

    There will be a set to go on skis with the stock rail bumper moulding, and another for skis without, with a 1/4" clearance for turfed rails.

    Probably will be doing the manufacturing in early April. They will be water jet cut out of 3/16" 5000 series aluminum sheet.

    Here is a basic template of what I have in mind, but the final product may be slightly different.

    Please post here if you are interested and which model you would want.

    I may also be able to add custom lettering for an additional price, but it will depend on shop rates. We'll see....

    I might be interested on a custom one, with a wfo cutout deleting the regular cut out,or maybe a just Number 5, if none of that works out just delete that cutout and I can have it waterjetted myself, my ski no longer has the fire ext compartment on the side, what is the price range on these ?

    Not really worried about the hull cracking just in it for the bling bling !

    I have them drawn up on my CAD program but haven't figured out how much they will cost to make yet.

    On my honeymoon and won't get back to working on skis for a few weeks.
