Stand Up Transportation; What's The Best Way?

What's your opinion on the best way to transport your stand up? I've searched around the forum and haven't found many opinions for my particular situation.

I am picking up a SuperJet next week and I own an F-150. The only turn off I have from the sport is getting the ski in the truck and launching it by myself. In the past, I've made a single sit down trailer into a double stand up trailer for a couple skis. But, I hated keeping my skis outside because I didn't have the space in the garage for the trailer.

I'd like to be able to wheel the ski from a cart in the garage to the truck, head to the lake, and launch/load by myself. What experience do you have with a hitch hauler? I always fear them breaking with the ski on it but it seems like a logical idea for my situation.

What about a beach cart? I see folks saying the beach cart is a game changer but I don't see the big advantage. I'm open to all advice!

Hit up AZfreeride. They make great hitch haulers. I’ve been using their hauler for about a year and I couldn’t be happier. I trust that thing. It’s beefy.

Try one of these cart lifts. Should work well to skip the trailer.

Nice cart/launcher, where are they available at?
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

I wish I could tell you. I picked this up a few years ago and it is all aluminum, lightweight and works well. Launch Padz is the manufacturer and I never looked too much into them.
