    787 Counterbalance Shaft Bearing

    Hey all.

I purchased a 787 lower end to rebuild for a backup for my GSX. I opened up the case to check the crank and counterbalance shaft. The crank seemed to be in very good shape but the rear bearing on the counterbalance shaft is getting noisy so I want to replace it. (290932095) Has the WSM bearings been holding up ok or should I look elsewhere?

If I should can you recommend what you are using and possibly part numbers so I can order one up?

    Thanks again!

I've used WSM bearings with no issues but you can just measure the ID, OD, and width and search ebay for a bearing in that dimension. Most times I can find nice usa made bearings old stock for cheap.
