    On the small oil injection lines is it possible to get the rear one on with carbs on? Are there any tricks to doing so I habe been messing with that one for 20 minutes trying to get it on

    Y'all know me, still the same O.G. but I been low-key
    hated on by most these &^$$@s with no cheese, no deals and no G's, no wheels and no keys, no boats, no snowmobiles, and no skis, mad at me cause I can finally afford to provide my family with groceries

    I was 300SXing when 300SXing wasn't cool !

    I gave up and pulls the carbs figured might as well check them too. Plus was tired of cutting my wriat trying to get that one on. Probably easier if have small hands.

    Anyone know of the top of there head what size the 4 bilts are that hold the air intake/flame arrestor assembly? I am missint one and three of the washers so the others have about been pulled through.

    to the carbs or to the head, the ones on the head are 6 x12 mm the ones on the carbs are 6x25mm

    Thanks hopefully can find them at fastenal so dont have to wait for shipping. There usually pretty good at having stainless bolts there.

    Getting ready to reinstall carbs when I looked at seadoopartswarehouse the diagrams show using 518 loctite on the gasket do you or just some blue threadlocker on bolts? I dont see mention of it in service manual.

    I always put carb base gaskets on dry. Nothing on the carb bolts, clean and snug.

    I usually put grease or antisieze on the bolts, you will thank me later

    Thanks for help everyone got it running started right up on the mpem that came with ski. For now just bypassed fuel selector but will hook up back to factory routing eventually.

    Only thing not working is hour meter and fuel gauge. Low Fuel warning light works so wonder if it isnt just the bad film on that gauge. Is there and easy way to test if its the film vs actual gauge?
