Factory Pipe 650sx Limited/Mod... Original vs. FP Deal

I was wondering if anyone had any input on the performance between the original 650 Factory Pipes and the new ones that were recently released in the Factory Pipe Deal??

The re-release models had a lot more weld points on the chambers, and am wondering if that had any effect on the performance.

I purchased a limited and a mod, but didn't get any skis in the water this year to try them out.

    Sad, I know......

    Ski situation in limbo!

some of the old ones were build the same way as the new run. personally the original hydroformed ones are better IMO

I had the same thoughts. I had an extra head pipe, so I sold my new 650 FPP and picked up one of the older hydroformed chambers. Much cleaner look imo.

Good info, I have an extra hydroformed limited chamber that I was thinking about selling.

Not anymore, the new Pipe Deal one is out the door. Lol

Welds aren't gonna affect performance. They should run the same.
