Seen some Guys use Garage Floor Epoxy Paint, others have used Appliance Epoxy Paint Black or White by Rustoleum.

Either way, I think the surface needs to be cleaned with Acetone, sanded/scuffed, vacuumed, then cleaned again with Acetone before applying the epoxy paint.

Bolt Hole Threads can be protected by coating Bolts in Wax, then screwing them in before applying paint.

Just would like to make hull look better I hate pulling in fresh painted motor and all new fuel and cooling lines, new fuel tank and hull look so aged even though it is aged.

Spray bottle, 50% Bleach 50% water has worked for me. Spray and let it sit for a few hours

Tried bleach. Also used acetone. Also used snow bowl cleaner. It's a tad better but still faded yellow.

Can't get much sh!ttier than using a beeswaz toilet wax ring, right? (he is right, though. Definitely the cheapest way, going that route)

There are specific cleaners mader for that. Usually, faded yellow would be fiberglass, but I think your hull is SMC. Do some homework regarding the actual hull composition, and then do some more about how to clean it.

There are a lot of chemicals that work, combined with a pressure washer that will accomplish your goal.

If you're like the average bear, simple green and some spray paint. Done.
