Virage 700, anyone ever had a low speed screw fall out?

Anyone ever have a low speed screw come out of their carb? This was on a keihin 42. Easy fix but never seen that before. I told him he could have an sBN and adapter, I think it will do better on the 700, I have never seen the Polaris keihin 42 tune for crap anyhow.

Yes, I have seen this a few times on Keihin carbs.

I use vise grips to "crimp" & damage the threads a little so there is more resistance to help keep them in.
