    1996 gts 587 rota flooding

I have a 587 rotax that will start and idle very well but will not Rev up unless the fuel.line is pinched closed.

The carb was rebuilt, compression is 150, spark is hot.

Why would it be dumping so much fuel?

    Tia

There's a tiny hole in the carb body that the fuel must return through. Put some tubing on the return fitting on the carb out into a container, start up the ski and try to rev it. Does fuel flow out the return?
