superjet bog or loading up after high speed run

New to me 2011 superjet is having issues. Starts fine, have to half choke it and it takes off, then runs great. However, if you do a high speed run of 10--15 seconds, then let off the gas, then get back on it, many times it will bog down like it's loaded up or whatever and you have to feather the throttle sometimes for 4-5 seconds or so before you can take off again. It's a bone stock ski except for 0 degree bars and I had the carbs apart earlier today and they were spotless. I was the first one in there however, so maybe the needles and seats are leaking a bit? Thoughts? My gasoline is good, no water in it, and I'm running 40:1 with whats left of this 91 octane before I get amsoil and run 50:1. Is this a common issue? I'm the 3rd owner and the ski didn't get much use the past 3 years.

I ordered new 95 gram springs (stock is 115), and new 1.5 needles and seats. Going to check current popoff, which, according to the mikuni manual, should be 55 which seems high, and see where I'm at. I am hoping to find the needles leaking a bit after 7 years and that fresh needles and seats will resolve the issue. Otherwise, I'll see where i'm at with popoff pressure and from other posts I've read, try to get it down to 42-45 PSI with no leakage.

I rebuilt the carb, new needles, seats, adjusted the high speed jets (they were all the way turned in) after drilling the stoppers out, and the problem is now fixed. The ski runs perfectly.
