    Even pistons intended for OE plated cyls come in "A", "B", and "C" sizes. You wouldn't know this as you measure pistons with a tape measure, and install them with a hammer.

    Vegasxp, go through your fuel system completely, you are lean, you can see you have no piston wash on the one you posted pictures of.


    You have all the info here you need. I am done here, as hysoung (colin walker) will continue on, and on want to argue and spew crap about nothing.

    For the record.....I put together a totally trashed Ultra 150 for a customer last year. Cases broke in half, 1 cylinder blown out, rod poked a hole in the hull, etc. 2 of the cylinders on that one are sleeved, one is plated, it still runs very strong and has been ridden A LOT.
