    750sx fuel filter/check valve question

Hey guys! I purchased a 94' 750sx a few months ago and started tinkering and doing some basic bolt ons. I noticed it didn't have a fuel filter like my 550 had. I added one on but was curious do these need a filter? I feel like they do.

Also, the vent line from the tank looks like it runs into the pole. Do these run a check valve like a 550 or is it just an open line in the pole? Thanks in advance!

Fuel filter on the 750sx is in the tank, at the bottom of your pick up tubes. No need for an extra in line.

Tank check valve is in the hose fitting on the tank were the vent line goes on. (It is much smaller than a 550, and actually inside the line per say)

Thanks for the info John. If I left the filter I put on there, would it have an affect on the fuel pressure do you think?

As long as you have a filter that flows the correct Microns it won't be an issue. If you used a universal automotive type, or other incorrect filter you may have too much restriction.
