Nujet or Solas Tigershark Daytona 1000

I'm looking for some input on a replacement impeller for my 97' Daytona 1000. Is anyone using a Nujet or Solas on their ski? How do you like it?

I have a solas tb-sc-1 on my 1000R. I honestly couldn't tell you if I hopped on two otherwise identical skis one stock one with this solas impeller any noticable difference. I have ran a ton of hours on my 1000R and am very in tune to every little noise, vibration, handling quirk, performance on that particular ski and I feel that is the only reason I felt any difference when launching out of the hole. It's just ever so slightly more firm I guess is how I would describe it. It feels smoother getting onto plane but still takes basically the same amount of time. Stock mine would wind up to 7 grand and cavitate until on plane in half a second or so. Now as soon as engine speed increases your moving. It doesn't wind out quite as bad. But again I could just be crazy.. it's not worth the money to me unless your planning to mod your ski. Just stick with stock.

Is your old impeller wrecked or fair condition? I'll be interested in your old impeller for cheap cheap or free instead of sending it to scrap heap. I'll pay shipping. Just need a quick fix.
