    check your drive shaft bearings if your useing a 440 or 550 pump of a older hull after years they just dont turn free enough and makes a great motor just ehhhhh slow motor in other ski ran great put in this one unless you swapped pumps and driveshafts etc

    Month old Post so I'm sure you got it sorted out by now. But just in case, did you add a restrictor to the return line or move over the Rev limiter from the 550 hulls? Bn44's need the restrictor and by stock use the Rev seliniod that is inline on the return line as one. 440's have the 38 and do not need that..A bn44 will struggle to run correct and consistent without it.
