Waveraider 1100 crankshaft to crankcase dowel pins flush.

I had to get to crankshaft to change the seals. Majority of my dowel pins for locking the bearings we're flush with the upper crankcase. Does anyone know what the part number for these pins are, or where I can find replacements. (Just to clarify I'm not talking about the dowel pins that allign the two crankcase halves, I'm talking about the ones that lock the crankshaft bearings in place) thanks.

So it turns out that I didn't have my bearings on my crankshaft locked in properly (despite that I thought I did). Which resulted in cracking the upper end of the crankcase... Hehe. Ordered a replacement, any way of salvaging the old part or is it better being scraped? (Pretty much every dowel pin except the two middle ones got pushed in. So I'm not sure if there's more damage I can't see.)

    Crankcase halves are NOT interchangeable.

Reason is that the longitudinal hole is done with both halves mated and since the Bore alignment is not perfectly straight, the thru-hole will be within specs but not absolutely true.

The first section might be dead center, but the next section might be slightly lower and so forth. So only the original two halves thru hole mate perfectly...
