    That confirms my suspicion on the 115 gram spring. I have one of each at this point and thought at first it was a mis-package. That thread you posted puts my setup right in line with what others are doing, but doesn't seem to work. I am going to try a 107.5 LS jet as well as the 1.5 N/S next.

    Make sure you use true genuine original brand Mikuni springs...

    Same goes for the Mikuni Needle Valves. The holes are very round and precise in their diameters. So a 1.5 Mikuni Needle Valve is exactly a 1.5mm round hole. Same goes for Jets.

    That way, when you copy somebody else's Mikuni jetting and engine set-up, you will get the same results, all else being equal.

    Another brand Needle Valve and Spring will work, but it will be a "one of a kind" set-up and costume tune job.
