    WetJet Pre-mastercraft project

    Hello all..

My recent purchase and project is a 1980s wetjet.. use to be red and white so puts it late 80's? Complete minus the pump guard and the screen. The ski turns over, this is all i know at present until it arrives early next week. Looking forward to getting stuck into it and get it running.

Aiming to get it back to original colour scheme, try source a screen for it and i will make a pump guard.

That would be an 89 or newer, BRUT engine, its rough & parts will be tough to come by.

I have got a lot of parts from them, but anything besides engine & pump parts that are the same as the DUO 200 model will be difficult to find, I snapped up a couple wheelbarrows full of parts for these ski over the last year to keep mine going.

so ive now got it. I just need to get a decent spare battery so i can start tinkering, cant wait to get it out on the water.. engine is nice and free as is the drive shaft. Need to pull the original fuel lines and replace, same with the valves.. are they one way valves ? clean fuel tank, engine bay isnt as bad as it looks in pics, next to no corrosion..

drill out all of the brass water fittings to help cool it down. And run a T on the exhaust chamber to pick up a few more rpms.
