Ski was on the hose in these pictures and there was zero water flow. Fitting #5 side of pipe, Fitting #10 head, and line #29 going to pressure regulator. I also pulled line going into the head and sprayed the water hose while the line was removed from the bottom of the pipe and there was no water.

    SURFnTURF what do you think?

IM guessing there is a blockage in the head???? I stuck a piece of wire in the fitting on the head and it went in smoothly.

    Thanks for your help!
While its on the hose you are sending the water first through the pipe, to ascertain if the head, cylinders and exhaust manifold is not blocked you need to squeeze the hose onto the top head fitting and then turn it on and feel it come out at the bottom of the pipe in front of the oil injection pump. This will determine if you have a blockage in the engine or not

This is the fitting on the pipe that you need water to come out of while going into the head direct from the hose

Correct, when water is being sprayed into the fitting on the head nothing comes out the bottom of the pipe. So is it build up in the head? Looks like someone already replaced the exhaust manifold.

Will do, I just hope I don't have to pull the motor. I'll post some pics once I pull the head.

    Thanks again for your help!

Re: 2002 Sea Doo XP Over heating?

Well you guys were right!!! I pulled the head this evening and water jacket by the brass fitting was plugged with salty goo. The head is all clean and ready to go. One more question??? When installing the head gasket should I use any gasket sealer / silicone?

    Thanks again
