Aquatrax f12x. Blown turbo. Water in oil

I was on the river in my 04. Honda aquatrax turbo. Suddenly the speed dropped to max 20 mph. When i returned to the dock i checked the turbo it was destroyed on the inside compressor wheel and bearings toast. When i got home i removed the turbo and water gushed out from the exhaust side. Also with the exhaust manifold installed i connected the water hose to the hose connector on the exhaust side of the turbo housing. Water was gushing out to the inside where the turbine space is. Is this normal?. I have massive amount of water in the crankcase. Does this sound like a head gasket or manifold problem? Thanks for anyone who has advise...

Your Exhaust Manifold rioted out. Takes out the turbo and dumps water in the oil. Its a very common problem with the Hondas. Good luck finding a manifold. New ones have been on back order since last June.

i removed the exhaust housing today. I capped all the hose ports except for the one i connected to the water hose. There was a very very slight drip into the exhaust. and that was with a lot of water hose pressure. I also flushed the oil out went threw 16 quarts. I had the turbo removed and noticed the oil supply line to the turbo was just barely oozing oil, like honey drizzling off a spoon. I would have thought this hose would be under some significant pressure. Anyone know if this oil line should have more output?

The water hose only puts out a fraction of the pressure compared to being in the water running so its worse than it appears. The oil line on the bottom of the turbo has screen in the end of the banjo bolt, that's the bolt that is right past the rear oil plug on bottom of engine. when you have oil drained, tilt trailer down in front and pull that line, lay rags under that bolt so you don't lose the crush washers and then look at that screen, if its clogged clean it with brake cleaner or something similar. mine was clogged after my exhaust rotted out and fried the turbo. you can run the ski for 10 - 15 seconds with the turbo off and that line in a container but if the screen is clear you should be fine.

Wow thanks for telling about the screen in the turbo line. I saw the screen location in the engine diagram. I'm gonna pull it this week. That has got to be what's restricting the oil flow. Thanks a million
