00 RX with bog off idle

Just picked up an 00' RX with a bog on the bottom end when you snap the throttle. It came with ProK flame arresters and the carb jetting specs are as follows:

    -accelerator pump has been bypassed
-LS jet 100 at 1-5/8 turns out
-HS jet 167 at 0 turns out
    -2.0 Needle & seats
    -80g springs

Ive gone through and cleaned the carbs and replaced the fuel lines, inspected the pulse line. It originally had 82.5 LS jet but i broke the accelerator pump so i upped it to 95 at first, and now to 100 jet. It seems the setup should have plenty of fuel all around since the recommended setup is a 95 jet, but I cant quite get rid of the bog off idle. My next step is to swap to either 65g springs or 2.3 needle & seats, but maybe there is something im overlooking?

Your jetting seems fine, maybe on the rich side if anything.
Did you check the fuel selector?

Yes according to the recommended 95 low speed jet that many use successfully, my 100 jet should be plenty. The fuel selector is bypassed. New 2.0 needles & seats and new diaphragms, black 80g springs. After some researching i see many use 2.3 needles and/or 65g springs, which is my next plan
