This is for any pro mechanics. Please give your opinion as to what happened here. I have my own opinion already I just want second, third, fourth opinions. This was running 40:1 premix.

hard to tell from the pics but looks almost like a bearing started coming apart on cylinder 1

Something possibly blocked carb 1 leading to no oil and ring/ bearing explosion

which could have very well come from a piece of a bearing going through the engine and getting caught on the ring at the exhaust port which is exactly where the hole is. had same thing happen on an engine i was running and it was pieces of the crank bearing. the bad piston looked identical to #1 except i didnt crack the piston like that. i caught it before it got too bad. still ran fine when i took it apart. one cylinder was 15psi lower than the other. the 900 in the first pics looks almost like it was ran after it started coming apart and eventually got to where it is in the pics. whoever was running it probably didnt notice it starting to loose power. ive heard from others that the triples can start to drop a cylinder and it go unnoticed because the other two cylinders continue to push it.

the number one piston has detonated , cause, potential air leak from the seal behind the fly wheel, shared exhaust sent pieces to the other cylinders,
