I was a great idea on the xpl straight spline. That's where I messed up is I got the wobble with the radius spline. Did you do something to address cooling pressure. I'm not sure on that Ace 900 but on the 4 Tech I had to back off the water pressure substantially as opposed to a two stroke. I'm not sure if the spark has a restrictor in the cooling line but the four Tech reduces the three quarter inch line down to almost half the size. They basically have to slow the water down to capture the Heat. That damn 4stroke cooling is completely backwards from two stroke.

Yes I installed a strainer in line with the cooling, plus I used the air bleed port as a constant pisser. It's only got a 1/8" hole.
Then the other pisser is from the thermostat.I rode it and I could see that it would slowly open and close depending on how hot it got. So I think I'm in the ball park

I think I should leave you in suspense...
I really didn't have a good power review since I had an.ibr fault and it was in low power mode.
But, it handled great. I honestly couldn't tell a difference in turning.
I had a 14/23 impeller in there and only spun 4250 rpm.
Then I put my solas 12/18 and spun 4750.
I did some research and my ibr fault was limiting how much my throttle body opened so that's my power loss.
I'm going to put the 14/23 back in there and see where it's at.
I got my 110hp tune back literally today and it's supposed to snow 3 inches tonight so I don't know when I'll be able to test it again.
So yah it was fun hahaha

who's ready for a riding review??
i put about 2 hours on it today with no issues. IT RIPS
doesnt feel heavy. still pops out of the water. no top heavyness. you can tell theres some more nose weight while carving turns. but i think its awesome.
i've still got to dial in my prop. this video i have the solas 12/18 concorde installed. its not quite right. 51 mph.
ONLY USED 1 BAR OF FUEL ON THE GAUGE.
started with a visual half tank, ended with a half tank.
spark uses a 12/14 if i'm not mistaken. talking with impros now to get the right setup!
    tomorrow we ride more!

    Awesome!
As soon as I get my driveshaft in the next few days... mine goes together for good. I'm pretty much done with all except
    turf and graphics.
Obviously, I haven't tested impellers yet, but Dave sent me a Skat C-75 12/16 with race finish to start with. I am running the Solas 12v pump, though.
My other built 800SXR runs a Skat C-75 13/17 in a Solas 12v, and I really like it. (for reference) I'm at 3800ft elevation.

Man! watching your video has sure got me jonez n'

Awesome videos, love the sound of that ski. Great work. Looks like the hull rides perfect. The water you where throwing to the sides looks like it has a nice balance.
