    Re: X2 1" 6061 aluminum pump spacers

This spacer eliminates the trim system. You bolt the spacer in between the X2 pump
and a 650SX nozzle. It also allows use of any of the aftermarket nozzles made for
    the 650SX on an X2.

    Re: X2 1" 6061 aluminum pump spacers

I just installed my spacer this weekend. I decided to keep the trim system so I bought two 1" cable extenders from Rhaas. Everything went together super easily and appears to work. I'll hopefully be testing this setup in the Daytona surf in two weeks if I can get the stupid thing to run properly....

You can see the before and after below. On a stock ski, a lot of the thrust hits the inside of the pump tunnel in a turn. Usually people chop the hull shorter, but I wanted to keep this ski fairly stock. The 1" spacer pushes the nozzle out so it sticks out just past the hull

edit* - no my seat cover isn't that screwed up, it's not installed in these pictures. I just stretched it over the seat to admire

Got my spacer today and it looks great. I won't be able to test it until May or June, but you can bet it will be installed for my first ride of 2018.

That's a good explanation and I might consider buying one now,. Saves cutting the X2 and keep trim plus use other nozzles. I got it thanks for the photos!
