Trailer tires - help needed please!

So I picked up a double trailer yesterday and I'd like to buy new tires for it. Previous owner had 175/70-13 passenger tires on it and they just don't seem to be the proper tires for a trailer like this. And for some reason he had 175-80/13 on the spare which is a more common trailer tire size, but it's too tall and rubs the fenders. What a cluster f#&$.
I am wondering if I should just pick up some 5.30x12 bias rim/tire combo or maybe some radial ST145/12 (145/80-12) for this thing?
And should I be looking at load range C or D?
Current tires are about 21.5" tall and I can't fit much bigger due to fender the clearance issue.
The trailer is a Shoreland'r and probably 10+ years old and I put my 2 Aquatrax skis on it (R12 & F12).
What do you guys think my best option is for some new tires?

Here is a ShoreLand'r brochure, shows the standard tire sizes.PWC-Trailer-Brochure.pdf

    Good Luck
2, 1998 TS 770 L, restored and running great. (Except for the one with engine that SBT put the WRONG crankshaft bearing into and is now sitting as I collect repair parts)

Thanks! Looks like the 20.5x8-10 is the only one of those that will fit having an inflated diameter of 20.5. The 175/80 and 185/80 are not going to squeeze under these fenders. Also, that IS a brochure for brand new trailers. Mine is probably an early to mid 2000s model. Maybe things were different back then?
Im sort of leaning towards the radial ST combo on the 12 rims.
    Any other opinions or suggestions?

What kind of wonky a$$ tires are you trying to put on there? Get some 4.80x12 tires on galvanized rims and be done with it.
How many gerbils could a gerbil jammer jam if a gerbil jammer could jam gerbils?

Hahahaha. If I'm buying brand new stuff I might as well get something good. I wasn't sure if the 4.80x12 would have enough weight carrying capacity for a double trailer and 2 skis.
That's why I was looking at either of these:

Also should I be looking at Load Range C or D for a setup like I have?

Any tire with a 1k plus pound capacity should be fine hauling yoyr skis with a full tank of gas in each.
