    How to Identify model?

I'm trying to find out what year/model etc HIN, or whatever it's called, of the skis I have.

They are both Kawasaki SX750 pole skis
One has JS750a-606273 the other has JS750a-609111 on tags at the rear of the hulls.

Can't find any info as yet. I think they could be from around 1992 but not positive.

Can anyone enlighten me more please?

The 750sx was made 1992-1995. Based on the graphics scheme they are 1993-1995. Someone else might be able to narrow down the time frame a little better. If the HIN scheme is the same as in the USA then the last two digits represent the year. I can't quite make it out in the picture.

    1984 JS440 -- 1989 650sx -- 1991 X2 -- 1992 750sx -- 1995 900zxi (qty 2) -- 1995 X2

Something is strange here. As far as I know HINs in NZ are the same format as used in the US. For example, this one that is currently listed as stolen in Auckland has KAW + some numbers and ends in the model year: http://www.police.govt.nz/stolen-wan...poleski-750-sx (all of the other ones I spot checked match this scheme)

You may want to check the tags located under the battery compartment. They should be an exact match for the ones on the rear.

1994 - based off a google image search defined by year. Search "1994 750sx" as opposed to "1992 750sx"or subsequent years. more images of same graphics for 1994.

wow! its hilarious how some people pass off older models as newer models. I even saw a 2000 750sx for sale.. no such thing existed.

    Re: How to Identify model?

I cut my toenails this morning. Holy crap, batman, evidently I've been neglecting them. My girl yelled at me for slicing her up with them. Trimmed them up, and I was ready to go.

Made some sausage, pepper, and onions last night. 50/50 hot and sweet sausage mix. It was SOOOOO good. A little bit of sugar on everything while cooking, well, fuk yeah.

Kinda happy my toenails don't snag my socks anymore, and my smut doesn't bit(h about getting snagged.

I'd take them 7 fiddies in a heart beat. They look super clean.

Oh, yeah. If they're legit, check the papers, dumba$$. The title or registration will supply your requested info. The HIN tags are easy to replicate with whatever you want. Get the #'s off the motor and compare. Those are 93 to 95.
All 5 of my 750's, in the U.S., start with KAW. for the HIN tag. Maybe the Kiwi's get something different?????

Tags under the battery in the hull are the same as the tags on the back of the hull.
Motor numbers are JS750AE-018539 and JS750AE-023252

Post a close up picture of the HIN. Those graphics are 1992.
